17th Judicial Circuit Court

The 17th Judicial Court's website was outdated, not mobile-friendly and contained a vast amount of information--more than 100 pages of content--that was difficult to navigate. Courthouse administration hired the KMK team to evaluate analytics, develop a navigational architecture that was intuitive for people coming to the courthouse and for attorneys, and to design and program a site that was accessible, attractive and made it easy to search court records, look up local rules or make a payment. The verdict? Success!
